The 2023 festival kicked off on June 14 at Forest Hills Stadium in New York and wrapped up at The Gorge at George in Washington on September 15. The festival showcases an impressive array of talent, from comedy giants Bert Kreischer, Tiffany Haddish, and Dave Attell to the fresh faces of Ralph Barbosa and Mark Smalls, reflecting the full spectrum of today's comedy scene.

While on the road for the 2020 Hot Summer Nights Tour, performing at drive-in venues amid the pandemic, Bert was struck by the allure of open-air comedy gigs. This new-found love was the catalyst for the Fully Loaded Comedy Festival. In the spirit of Lollapalooza, Bert envisioned a festival that would encapsulate all of his favorite elements: laughter, the great outdoors, conviviality, and enjoying drinks with friends, all meant to offer a shared experience that would resonate with fans long after.
The Fully Loaded Comedy Festival proudly supports Comedy Gives Back. They are an organization founded as a safety net for comics by providing them with financial crisis relief, mental health support and more to those that need help. They are an incredible organization, and have already done so much for comedians.
